Crowdfunding is a way of raising money to finance projects and businesses. It enables fundraisers to collect money from a large number of people via online platforms. It is an innovative way of sourcing funding for new projects, businesses or ideas.
Crowdfunding platforms are websites that enable interaction between fundraisers and the crowd. Fundraisers are usually charged a fee by crowdfunding platforms if the fundraising campaign has been successful. In return, crowdfunding platforms are expected to provide a secure and easy to use service. There are a number of crowdfunding types, e.g. peer-to-peer, equity crowdfunding, rewards-basedcrowdfunding, donation-based crowdfunding, profit-sharing / revenue-sharing or debt-securities crowdfunding.
Moasi is a crowdfunding platform, which creates a bridge between borrowers with real estate projects and investors who want invest their money safely and get attractive returns. Each project is secured by a mortgage on the property to provide the greatest degree of security for investors.
We are currently preparing to obtain a license under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7.10.2020 on European providers of crowdfunding services. As soon as we get the license, we will be able to launch the platform and offer the first projects for investment.
Moasi platform will allow everybody to invest who is:
- older than 18 years old;
- whose active legal capacity is not restricted;
- able to make a deposit using a European bank account.
In order to proceed to the investment stage, you will need to perform verification of your identity.
The minimum investment amount will be 100 euro.
LTV is Loan to Value ratio. It shows the maximum amount of loan that will be provided for this project in relation to the valuation of the collateral.
