Job Description

• The person in this role will report directly to the CEO;
• Ensuring periodic financial reporting, including regulatory reporting to Financial Supervisory Authorities;
• Budget preparation and control;
• Overseeing accounting, business controlling and analytics;
• In charge of relationships with outsourced partners (accounting, IT);
• Overseeing the audit process and relationship with auditors;
• Supporting the crowdfunding activity of the platform;
• Take responsibility for your own learning and development.

Requirements

• Previous 2-4 years of work experience as a CFO or in a Finance Management position;
• Strong academic record, preferably relating to Economics, Finance or Business Management;
• Background working with regulatory aspects and business processes, good awareness of EU, international and local regulations;
• Sound financial modeling skill;
• Data analytical skills;
• Fluent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Lithuanian and English;
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
• Effective written and verbal communication;
• Energetic, positive and team player;
• Flexible with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail;
• Previous experience in crowdfunding is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Job Description

• Creating and updating compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant regulations and laws.
• Evaluating potential risks and developing plans to mitigate them, safeguarding the company’s compliance.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with regulations, proactively addressing issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders, maintaining open relationships with regulators, also managing inquiries and reviews.
• Providing compliance advice to other departments and senior management, ensuring integration into all aspects of operations.

Requirements

• You preferably have a higher education (the field of Economics, Finance or Law is an advantage).
• You’re a native Lithuanian speaker and your English is fluent (so we can communicate properly :).
• You can be independent and punctual.
• You easily come up with ideas, present them and make them happen.
• Good knowledge of current and proposed laws in Lithuania or EU is a must for this role.
• You have experience in area of compliance/AML within crowdfunding or other financial institution regulated in EU.

Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all relevant authorities, including the Financial Crime Investigation Service and the Bank of Lithuania, handling formal and informal requests for information related to ML/TF prevention.
• Prepare analysis, reports, and presentation, including a Business-wide ML/TF risk assessment report.
• Provide expert advisory support to Senior Management on business relationships with high-risk customers.
• Provide recommendations to the Management Board on the implementation of effective AML/CTF controls.
• Monitor and report on external intelligence regarding financial crime, including traditional media sources.
• Develop and deliver ML/TF awareness training and educational programs to company employees.
• Stay updated and maintain professional competence by attending relevant development courses, trainings, conferences, and obtaining certifications.
• Maintain the Company’s AML and CTF framework to ensure compliance with current applicable legislation.
• Properly retain records related to customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity/transaction reports, and AML training records.
• Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities with diligence and efficiency.

• Analyzing market trends, preparation of relevant documentation.
• Understand, analyse and present the outcome of the performed analysis pertaining to the activities of a MOASI crowdfunding platform;
• Review, challenge, verify information and take ownership of the MOASI crowdfunding platform’s periodic risk reports and statistics;
• Respond to legal, risk, compliance, regulatory related activities required by the division;
• Take responsibility for your own learning and development.

Requirements

• Previous 2-4 years of work experience in risk management OR experience as an internal auditor within a financial institution;
• Strong academic record, preferably relating to Economics, Finance or Mathematics;
• Background working with regulatory aspects and business processes, good awareness of EU, international and local regulations;
• Sound financial modeling skill;
• Data analytical and risk management skills;
• Fluent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Lithuanian and English;
• Strong presentation skills

Job Description

• Responsibility for client acquisition (SME clients) and prospecting for business opportunities
• Communicating with clients on a daily basis, both by phone and in person
• Independent assessment of business loan applications
• Supervising clients‘ properties
• Managing credit clients, maintaining client data
• Participating in product and process development
• Monitoring and analyzing market and development trends
• Communicating with external partners (brokers) and real estate appraisers
• Colaborating closely with risk managers

Requirements

• You have previous experience in a sales role in finance (preferably in SME lending)
• You have a good understanding of finance
• You are meticulous, think analytically, working with data is not a problem for you
• Fluent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Lithuanian and English;
• Effective written and verbal communication;
• Energetic, positive and team player;
• Flexible with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail;
• You are not afraid to present your results
